Jump the Moon

Lights open on tips of eyes Occasionally, maybe, we'll take back our silly lies Hey, honey,  it isn't so mean We can just sit back and dream Like streams from empty space I know some cliche place Not far, so you and I can walk That's okay, we'll have more time to talk Hey, hey honey, it isn't so mean We can just sit back and dream Its all right,  we know Its all right, I know Its all right, we know You'll be right here, so Jump the moon Catch the stars In-between the passing cars Hey,  hey honey, it isn't so mean We can just sit back and dream

Endless Colored Ways

Even if..

Every problem, every tear
always lonesome, every fear
Every evil, every dismay
came upon us when we drove away..

We stopped time. Me and you.

And it was beautiful.

How I'm feeling, told by Kurt Cobain

What else should I be?
All apologies.
What else could I say?
Everyone is gay.
What else could I write?
I don't have the right.
What else should I be?
All Apologies.

In the sun
In the sun I feel as one
In the sun
In the sun
Married!
Buried!

I wish I was like you
Easily amused
Find my nest of salt
Everything is my fault
I'll take all the blame
aqua seafoam shame
Sunburn with freezer burn
Choking on the ashes of her enemy

In the sun
In the sun I feel as one
In the sun
In the sun
Married, Married, Married!
Buried!
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,

All in all is all we are [x20]

Find that it's Alright

I'm reminded how much Person Pitch actually does for me. I've been working a lot this past week, and I haven't really had time to just sit and listen to music. Person Pitch brought me back. The whole album is so personal, every line seems like it's directed at you, speaking directly to your heart, but then, with all the intricacies and sounds to uncover through repeated listenings, it never loses it's sense of discovery. Like you can just sit there, and at the same time be taken to a world so familiar and new. Perhaps that's why I keep coming back: escape. Escape to a world a little more friendly. And warmly familiar.
